Nuremberg, October 17 2019 (sr): With the opening of an interior showroom the full-service provider for business aviation and air ambulances continues to bundle its interior competencies and offers an even wider scope of refurbishment options. The spectrum of possibilities ranges from simply smarten up the interior without making significant design changes up to a complete design change to create a modern, unique interior that reflects the personal style. Aero-Dienst offers first-class consulting services and professional solutions that are tailored to the individual needs and desires of its customers.
“We listen carefully when the customer explains his ideas at a very early stage and accompany the customer throughout the process of developing them. Backed up by our wealth of experience, we support and advise the customer during the selection of materials and create individual color schemes. While the customer sees and experiences the combination of materials directly, vague ideas become a concrete expectation that can be implemented for lasting customer satisfaction,” says Mark-André Mann, who leads the Interior Solutions department at Aero-Dienst.

The newly opened showroom offers an extensive selection of material samples: fabrics and leather for seating and panel covers, wood veneers, carpets, heated stone flooring and plating samples for metal fittings. Step by step, the materials are combined to create an overall concept that matches the individual ideas and personality of the owner. Other innovative solutions are also presented, such as atmospheric LED cabin lighting as a plug-and-play feature. The ambient lighting in the showroom simulates realistic color and brightness scenarios to demonstrate individualized cabin lighting options and implement just the right solution for the customer. The showroom is also equipped with a 75” Ultra HD display to help create a realistic visualization of the future cabin design. It provides for lossless, original color representation of designs and renderings.

“The immediate proximity of the showroom to the customer’s aircraft in our own maintenance allows us to respond very flexibly to spontaneous ideas of the customer,” adds Mark-André Mann. He continues: “On one hand we can immediately implement smart repair solutions. On the other hand we pick up customer ideas to develop concepts for complete refurbishments and then schedule these into future maintenance events. The efficient use of downtimes ensures aircraft owners a greater degree of aircraft availability.”
Their many years of experience and expertise enable the team’s specialists to perform both design and electrics/connectivity tasks. Therefore customer requirements for in-flight entertainment and mobile connectivity can be considered at an early stage of the interior refurbishment process. The team also takes important approval issues into account from the very beginning so that the planned modifications meet all aviation-law and security-related standards.

Aero-Dienst maintains long-term and trustful business relationships to all of its interior suppliers, from which the customers benefit directly in their own interior projects. This means that when a customer has a particular wish, Aero-Dienst works with its suppliers to develop unique, project-specific interior solutions.
