Thank you for your interest in a career at Aero-Dienst! Our application process is transparent and efficient to provide you with the best possible experience.

1. Application
Please send us your application documents by e-mail to karriere(at)aero-dienst.de.

2. Examination of the documents
Our HR team will check your documents carefully and coordinate with the relevant department. If your profile matches the advertised position, we will invite you to an initial interview. This can either take place online via Teams or in person on site.
 
3. First interview
In the first interview, we would like to get to know you and find out more about your qualifications, experience and motivation. You will also receive detailed information about the advertised position, the specialist area and general insights into our company.
 
4. Second interview
Depending on the position, there will be a second personal interview with the next higher manager, where any outstanding questions can be clarified.
 
5. Cooperation
If the interviews are successful, the details of the contract will be agreed. You will then receive a contract offer from us. After your approval, we will welcome you to the team.
 
6. Background check
Please note that you will need a background check in accordance with Section 7 (4) of the German Aviation Security Act (LuftSiG) to work for our company. We will apply for the check by the Luftamt Nordbayern together with you

3. Selection procedure
The selection process includes a recruitment test, a workshop, a personal interview and a tour of the company, to which your parents are cordially invited.

4. Contract offer
If everything goes well, you will receive your training contract from us. Once you and your parents have given their consent, we will welcome you to the team!

5. Background check
Please note that you will need a background check in accordance with Section 7 (4) of the German Aviation Security Act (LuftSiG) to work in our company. We will apply for the check by the Luftamt Nordbayern together with you.
